Beaumont Hotel & Spa has two types of dining experience - Beaumont Grill and the Grand Ballroom. Beaumont Grill is located in the old Melodrama Theatre of the hotel and has a historical mining theme. It offers freshly made, wholesome American-Style Cuisine including steaks, seafood, sandwiches, salads, nightly fresh fish specials, vegetarian choices, gluten-free options and as many locally-sourced ingredients as possible. You can choose from one of the Western Slope’s largest wine selections.

Dinner is served in the Grand Ballroom Friday & Saturday Nights during the Winter.

Kings, Presidents and many of the rich and famous have dined in the Grand Ballroom in the last 125 years. It features magnificent 21-foot ceilings met by hand-painted plaster walls that emanate old-world charm and elegance. The Lounge exudes a sense of glamour, privacy and upscale exclusivity. Reserve the Historic Grand Ballroom or Luella’s Lounge for special events in an elegant atmosphere.
