Beverage Package Options

Choose ONE of the following options:

1. Open Bar

  • Guests may order anything they want.
  • Bartender(s) included with this option.
  • For all other bar options, bartenders are $75/hour each.
  • Note: See guidelines for events with 50 or fewer guests.

2. Dollar Limit

  • Host sets a predefined spending limit.
  • Once the limit is reached, the bar switches to a cash bar for guests.
  • We recommend offering a last call before the transition.
  • We can help determine the appropriate dollar limit to support smooth service.

3. Drink Tickets

  • Host purchases drink tickets in advance at $10 each.
  • Guests redeem tickets at the bar for qualifying drinks.
  • Tickets include:
    • Level 1 liquors (see below)
    • All beers
    • 0% beers
    • Mocktails
    • House wines
  • Excludes Level 2 & 3 liquors and special-order items. (see below)
  • No refunds for unused tickets.
  • Sodas and similar beverages are provided by the host and billed at the end of the event.

4. Limited Bar

Guests pay for anything outside the predetermined list.

Host covers only selected drinks (you choose which ones).

Special Champagne Service

Champagne Package Options

  • Champagne Toast
    If you would like to provide a Champagne Toast for your guests, you may do so for $75 per 10 guests.  
    Sparkling cider will be provided for minors and non-alcohol drinkers.  
    We will use your final guest count rounded up to the nearest 10.
  • Ceremony Champagne
    $75 per 10 guests, this is offered at the entrance by one of our staff to all your guest for the wedding ceremony,
    and we will also have glasses and champagne set up for the wedding party to enjoy while they wait to walk down the aisle.
    Sparkling Cider will be provided for minors and non-alcohol drinkers.
    We will use your final guest count rounded to the nearest 10.
  • Rehearsal Champagne
    $75 per 10 guests, we will have a champagne table set up near your rehearsal area with one of our staff serving you and your wedding party. Sparkling Cider will be provided for minors and non-alcoholic drinkers.
    We will use your final guest count rounded to the nearest 10.

  • Champagne delivered on a silver platter to your dressing room
  • Service customized based on your party size and the number of bottles requested

Bar & Beverage Policy at the Beaumont Hotel

Legal Requirements

  • All alcohol and beverages must be provided by the Beaumont Hotel.
  • Beverages must be served only in the common areas of the building.
  • No outside beverages may be brought in, and no alcohol may leave the premises.

Minimums & Service Guidelines

  • $1,500 bar minimum is required for all events.
  • A 25% gratuity is added to all beverage charges.
  • Your reception timeframe is defined by the bar’s operating hours:
    • Your event begins when the bar opens and ends when it closes.
    • The bar must remain open for the entire event.

Bar Offerings & Special Requests

  • Our bar is fully stocked with common spirits, beer, and wine.
  • Special request items can be ordered; pricing varies based on product availability.
  • We offer Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, and standard mixers.
  • Any beer distributed in this region can be ordered by the case upon request.
  • House wines are rotated seasonally based on popularity.
  • Special-order wines vary in price and may require case purchases at retail cost.

Wine Service

  • For open-bar events, we typically offer:
    • One house red ($10/glass)
    • One house white ($10/glass)

  • House Beer ($6–$7): Coors Banquet, Coors Light, Blue Moon, and similar selections
  • Microbrews & Craft Beers ($7–$9)
