• Please consult us before hiring a caterer. Some caterers are not permitted to work at our venue.
• If your chosen caterer has not worked at the Beaumont Hotel before, they must schedule a facility tour to review the workspace and service areas.

Caterer Responsibilities

Caterers are required to provide all staffing and services related to their food operation, including:

• Foodservice setup and teardown
• All staffing for their service
• Bussing tables
• Cleaning any items or areas related to their foodservice

Tableware & Rentals

We offer a selection of rental items, including tableware.

• Some caterers provide their own tableware; you may also rent ours or bring your own.

Commercial Kitchen Rental

Caterers may rent our commercial kitchen for $500. To access the kitchen:

• They must hold a Retail Food License
• They must carry appropriate insurance
• The caterer should contact us directly to discuss their needs

Beverage Service

All beverages are provided exclusively by the Beaumont Hotel.

Glassware is included with our beverage service.
