“I had the honor of photographing a small, intimate wedding in Ouray and the reception was held at the absolutely STUNNING Beaumont Hotel. This place is literally a photographer’s dream. The couple I worked with stayed here and were treated like royalty by the staff. Dedicated parking, comfortable beds, absurdly tall ceilings, and every little detail done with care. I loved that it was adults only as it felt very romantic!

Now for the reception space – perfection. The courtyard is wrapped in glowing string lights with vines woven through them, and it felt like stepping into a little European garden tucked right into the heart of Ouray. It’s cozy, intimate, and so unbelievably photogenic. Every corner looked like it belonged in a storybook! Not only did they treat their guests well but as a wedding vendor I was also treated like a guest – I can assure you every vendor you hire will appreciate that.
