Our boutique hotel offers 13 distinct rooms and suites, accommodating up to 30 guests. Each room is uniquely designed, blending historic elegance with modern amenities. By reserving all guestrooms, you and your guests can enjoy complete privacy, making your event unforgettable.

- Total Guest Rooms: 13 unique rooms and suites, accommodating up to 30 guests.
- Room Details: Each room sleeps 2 guests, except for the Presidential Suite, which accommodates up to 6.
- Exclusive Use: Enjoy the entire hotel, including our stunning lobby, as your private space for friends and family.
- Deposit Requirements:
- 50% Refundable Deposit: Required to reserve guestrooms.
- Deposit Amounts: Range from $1250 to $1800 per night.
- Nonrefundable Fee: A $500 fee may apply for buyouts of less than 3 nights on select dates.
- Minimum Stay: Some weekends require a 2 or 3-night minimum stay to take advantage of our hotel’s exclusive offers.
What is involved in a hotel guestroom buyout?
When you reserve all of the guestrooms for your event guests, you have the rooms all to yourselves. Children are able to stay overnight and your event doesn’t have to end at 9pm. If you do not have all of the guestrooms reserved, children cannot stay in the guestrooms, events must end by 9pm and ceremonies on the Grand Staircase must occur between 12pm and 2pm. This includes ceremonies that have moved inside from the Garden Courtyard in the case of inclement weather. A 50% deposit is required to reserve the guestrooms and that is refunded to you when your guests pay for their own rooms at checkout. You can also use your deposit to pay for any guestrooms you would like to cover for your attendees.
Your hotel policy says ‘no children under 16’. Does that apply to private events?
While our standard policy restricts children under 16, booking a full hotel buyout allows children to stay overnight. Supervision and a signed waiver are required to ensure their health and safety and protect our historic property.
