Each luxuriously and uniquely appointed room and suite features either one queen or king bed, antique furnishings (some original to the hotel) and an array of modern amenities.

Each room & suite is uniquely distinct - they are all various sizes & shapes and decorated completely differently. All of our spacious guest rooms and suites also offer stunning views of either Cascade Falls, Twin Peaks or Mount Abrams.

Beaumont Hotel Rooms

King Suite

 609 Sq. Ft

From the moment you enter this suite, you know you could only be at Beaumont Hotel & Spa. As you walk through the door, you enter a dining area with a table and chairs, a mini refrigerator, microwave, sink, personal Keurig coffee maker - this spacious area with a skylight has original windows that overlook the skylighted atrium and lobby - it invites you to spread out and relax. Around the corner, you will find a sitting area with a flatscreen TV, sofa and chest of drawers.  A large desk and marble-topped tables, King bed and mirrored armoire make this room gorgeous.  The beautiful weather vane atop the hotel is visible through the bedroom skylight. This suite has a closet and a West-facing window overlooking Main Street with views of Twin Peaks. The extra-large bathroom has a separate walk-in shower & hand-painted clawfoot tub that is original to the hotel.  Sleeps 2.  Due to the historic nature of the building, we cannot accommodate children under the age of 16. Pets are not allowed.

Queen Suite

558 Sq. Ft.

This is one of our most requested suites and can be an adjoined to a Queen Junior Suite next door. When you enter this suite, you see a beautiful rich wood mirrored armoire. There is a full bath with a marble vanity and standard shower/tub combination. From the brick walls (original from 1886) to the wrought iron spiral staircase and cathedral ceiling, every detail shows why The Beaumont Hotel continues to be a Colorado icon. The original windows look out to amazing views of Mount Abrahms and Box Canyon to the South and Twin Peaks and Main Street to the West. The downstairs sitting areas feature original Morse reclining chairs and an antique dining table with chairs. The Separate bedroom area has a beautiful wooden queen bed with plush bedding and a Flatscreen TV. Up the winding staircase in the tower of the building, you will find a sitting area with a sofa, chairs, a flatscreen TV, a mini refrigerator, microwave, sink, personal Keurig coffee maker—this spacious loft area with high ceilings invites you to spread out and relax. Sleeps 2. Due to the historic nature of the building, we cannot accommodate children under the age of 16. Pets are not allowed.

King Junior Suite

331-549 Sq. Ft.

The moment you enter, you realize how luxurious luxury can be. Antique furnishings blend seamlessly with luxurious details in The Beaumont's spacious, beautifully appointed King Junior Suites. These larger medium-sized rooms feature open or separated sitting area and bedroom spaces. Furnishings include desk and chair, chest of drawers or armoire and generous size full bathrooms. Some include a separate bath and shower and a few feature an antique sofa and sitting chairs and coffee table. Large bathrooms, flat-screen TVs, complimentary WiFi, microwave and mini refrigerator, a personal Keurig coffee maker and elegant furnishings create a tranquil ambiance reminiscent of times gone by while a host of modern amenities ensure unrivaled comfort. King Junior Suites are larger than a Queen Deluxe Room and Queen Junior Suite. Sleeps 2. Due to the historic nature of the building, we cannot accommodate children under the age of 16. Queen Junior Suites are larger than a Queen Deluxe Room but smaller than a King Junior Suite. They are spacious rooms with an open sitting area and bedroom spaces. Furnishings include a beautiful bed with premium luxury bedding, a desk & chair, chest of drawers, a sitting chair, closet and generous size full bathrooms with separate bathtub and shower. Presidential Suite

1025 Sq. Ft.

President Roosevelt called this room the “Cow Pasture Room” when he stayed here because it was ‘as big as a cow pasture' in comparison to the other rooms.  The living room area was his bedroom.  This is the largest Suite and sleeps up to 6.  Original windows overlook amazing views of Mount Abrahms and Box Canyon to the South and Twin Peaks and Main Street to the West.  The living room area has the original stone fireplace (nonfunctional), a flatscreen TV, queen sleeper sofa, comfortable chairs, a writing desk and a dining table.  You will be amazed by the artistry of the wallpaper on the ceiling and walls and the beautiful light fixtures.  The fully-stocked kitchenette includes marble countertops, a beautifully painted sink, a coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and sink.  The master bedroom has an antique sleigh style King size bed, and the second adjoining room has an antique metal Queen size bed, which is original to the hotel. Each room has a flatscreen TV and a sitting chair.  Bathrooms have a combination extra deep shower/tub.  Due to the historic nature of the building, we cannot accommodate children under the age of 16. Pets are not allowed.
